Objective:

This course is designed to give participants the fundamental knowledge of operation and functions of the CENTUM CS3000 system. This course is for operators, supervisors and managers who responsible for the operation of continuous process using Yokogawa CS3000 system. This course uses chapters and hands-on workshops to provide an in-depth overview of the CENTUM CS3000 Operator Interface.

• FCS type AFV10D with all type IO connected to ProsafeRS via Vnet/IP network and Engineering station
• Complete Pilot Plant Equipped with all type loops (P, T, F, L)

• Identify the toolbar Area in Graphic interface plus working with these buttons
• Identify the working area
• Identify the alarm banners and working with alarm pages and related actions for alarms
• Operating events, trends and process histories.
• Discuss the purpose of face plates, work with them
• Discuss the purpose of detail windows, work with parameters of them
• Navigate within graphic pages of process and do general taskin pages
• Can work with various types of modules, sequences, interlock
